Got It!

DEATH~ WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO EXPLAIN IT .

A sick man turned to his doctor as he was preparing to

Leave the examination room and said,

'Doctor, I am afraid to die..

Tell me what lies on the other side.'

Very quietly, the doctor said, 'I don't know.'

'You don't know? You're, a Christian man,

and don't know what's on the other side?'

The doctor was holding the handle of the door;

On the other side came a sound of scratching and whining,

And as he opened the door, a dog sprang into the room

And leaped on him with an eager show of gladness.

Turning to the patient, the doctor said,

'Did you notice my dog?

He's never been in this room before.

He didn't know what was inside.

He knew nothing except that his master was here,

And when the door opened, he sprang in without fear.

I know little of what is on the other side of death,

But I do know one thing...

I know my Master is there and that is enough.'

Note: Someone sent me the above and I love it!

People Voices

Since unexpected visitor visited to Suu Kyi's house, lots of voices come out from around the world.

Oversea Burmese are calling for her release, Supported by world celebrities, a global net campaign kick off and Leaders from different countries are talking....still Talking!!

The talking will work or not I do not know since there is no ears.

I read the following "letters to the editor column', from the Bangkok newspaper name, "The Nation", dated on may 28, 2009.

"Junta is manipulating
Swimmer for its own ends

Re: Cash flow prevents a settlement in Burma". Letters, May 27.

One couldn't help feeling sorry for Michel Aung Thwin for having to dwell on a hypothetical explanation in order to put the Burmese junta in good stead.

While some individuals within the NGOs working on Burma might not like reconciliation or a softer tone from Hilary Clinton, I don't think the recent incident involving John Yettaw swimming to Aung San Suu Kyi's house is the handiwork of exiled opposition groups, as Michael Aung Thwin likes to suggest. I am more inclined to believe that the junta has plotted it.

It is evident that John Yettaw had entered Aung San Suu Kyi's compound in November last year: The incident was reported to the junta but the generals chose not to take any action at that time for reasons unknown. In fact, the reported potential security problem should have been taken care of, to avoid any such future intrusion.

One wonder, why junta, having full knowledge of Yettaw's intentional would allow him to re-enter the country and let him repeat the break-in, if it is not facilitating or permitting this scheme so that it can lock up Aung San Suu Kyi for more years.

As for the argument about a difference between a general election and Constituent assembly election, it is irrelevant. the NLD has the popular mandate to govern, while the junta has nothing to claim legitimacy except guns and oppression.

Poisoned Mind- Good to be deaf II

Mr and Mrs Roh Moo hyun happy
time together

The death of former South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun was a shock for everyone mostly to South Korean public.

Ok this is what I know about him...

He is a human rights lawyer-turned politician. He contributed greatly to Korean politics in many ways. I no need to mention all about him here.....you can read his good and bad thing every where also in Internet.

My question to myself is why he take his own life? Knowing it will be very painful way to go. As he is going to kill himself in such way then why he said about corruption that he take money from Businessman Park Yeon Cha, was not true instead said his wife took it!! Idiot?

Not good to say but IF I were his wife...I am very happy that he dead! (oh I know I am bad!!). Now he is dead and his wife left with a bad life and will be hated by some Korean. What a love that this man had for his wife!!! Obviously Roh loved and cared about his name more than he wife. Where is in good or bad you stick with your spouse??

We all seen to care ownself than others. I used to think myself that..

-What he/she think about me?

-What others will say if I dress this?

-Other know that I am saying the right thing?

-Will he/she likes me?

-lists go on.........

After my liver transplant, I learn one good lesson myself. I will always sleep well if I know myself that it's true! For me a day more is a blessing. I know how value to be alive with my son and my family.

Yes......some of the time it's very Good To Be Deaf. Yes friends, family and people around you can be poisoned mind to you and will hurt you. Actually often! Worse in political world. I am sure if Roh knows how to switch his deafness on and off, he will be still alive.

Like it or not....."Good to be deaf to have a clean mind of yourself"...

"Too much doctors can kill the patient."...sometime.

Good Point

Re: Christina Applegate: Why She Had a Double Mastectomy: Christina Applegate: Why She Had a Double Mastectomy May 26, 2009 5:19 AM In response to: harpobear

Hello, I was diagnosed with BRCA-2 in May 2007 at the age of 45, and also had a pre-cancer positive biopsy. I had a double mastectomy in July 2007. My sister Bonnie, who was a year older than me, died of breast cancer in 2004. My sister Kim is a year younger than me, she had a double mastectomy in May 2007 for active breast cancer. My sister Kim is being treated at U of M, Michigan, for Cowden's disease, which is a rare genetic mutation that can cause breast cancer, among other cancers. I was asked to come out to U of M to be tested for the Cowden's disease. My doctor felt I should be tested for the BRCA mutation, which I did and it came back positive. I called U of M after to tell them the results of the BRCA test, they didn't believe me until they saw the results for themselves....you see Cowdens and BRCA very RARELY run in the same family, they know only a handful of cases worldwide. I asked U of M if they would have checked me for the BRCA or just the Cowden's, they were honest and said that they would never have thought to test me for the BRCA, because of the family history of Cowden. I thank God my doctor, Dr. John Slaim, had me tested for the BRCA, I would have fell through the cracks of rarity, he really did save my life. I had the Cowden's test done and was negative. I would have walked away from the hospital thinking that I dodged a bullet, only to have been diagnosed months later with full blown breast cancer. If there is anyone out there that are dealing with a genetic mutation in the family, I hope this makes them aware that they may have to take other genetic tests before they rule out a negative mutation for breast cancer!

Fist Fart?

"Do you pass the gas yet??" Was the question that my surgeon asked me after my liver transplant!

I have this embarrassing problem that every time I ate bean (any kind of beans), it form me gas.......not small amount of gas folks but big one. I can see my stomach get blotching and starting to make noise. The only way to be cured for this problem is I have to FART out!!

The other day we had a house guest, Dr. Steve who knows about fish and lots of science stuff, I should say he knows about fish vaccine very well too. I do not know how's my brain works but give me a signal that I have to ask Steve .."Do Fish Fart, Steve?""

Steve said "Good question!." ... Steve said.."May be but let see what google said!" I realized that even a good science doctor do not know about "Fish Fart" for sure.

We found out Yes!!!!.....Fish do Fart but unfortunately only male! I was so happy for the female fish...What a good news and a good rest for them!! Scientists are still confusion on real fart or fake fart. The scientist should do more research on that! Me also still very interesting in about fish fart is real or not.....so if you guys know about it let me know please.

I am still planning to ask this question to another fish expert, Dr. Arlo. I will let you all know what is Dr. Arlo Fast's view on fish fart!

THE STRAIGHT DOP.E

Do fish fart? Plus: angels dancing on the head of a pin (cont.)
November 10, 2000

Dear Cecil:
A quick question which I have been unable to find an answer to. Do fish fart?
— Alan, via the Internet

When you get a question like this you think, This is a golden opportunity to brighten up scientists' dull lives. I sent urgent inquiries all over the globe. Best response on the subject of whether fish fart: "They do if they're male."

Fish flatulence has not been a major focus of biological research, so the following is somewhat tentative. To some extent the answer depends on how you define "fart." Many fish have a swim bladder that they inflate or deflate as necessary to maintain buoyancy. Usually any expelled gas exits from the mouth and would properly be considered a burp. However, the sand tiger shark, Carcharias taurus, gulps air into its stomach at the surface, then discharges it out the back door to attain the desired depth. Surely this qualifies as flatulence in the common sense of the term.

But purists may object that this isn't true farting--that is, a by-product of digestion. We then get into a somewhat speculative realm. In theory any animal's metabolism produces carbon dioxide, while bacteria in the gut produce methane. Both must be purged lest the fish lose the ability to control its buoyancy. Carbon dioxide is typically eliminated via gas transport to the gills; methane has to escape some other way. However, actual sightings of farting fish are rare--and let's face it, underwater this isn't a phenomenon that could be easily concealed. Some experts say digestive gases are consolidated somehow with the fish's feces, which are packed into a gelatinous tube and then expelled. (Frequently the fish then eats this--not for nothing is the study of fish called ichthyology.) The point is, no farts.

Some fish observers claim they see a telltale bubble or two escape from the stern of a fish after it has gulped air at the surface (I have heard this said of tarpon). But again, this is not strictly a product of digestion. On the Web I have seen the claim that inasmuch as coral is made of calcium carbonate, which when combined with stomach acid produces carbon dioxide, coral-eating fish ought to produce farts in abundance. If true, it seems to me, the critters in the vicinity of a typical coral reef should emit forests of bubbles unequaled since the days of Lawrence Welk--not the impression one usually gets. Then again, few visit reefs specifically for the purpose of detecting fish farts. In short, Alan, much research remains to be done. Maybe you could organize an expedition and let us know.

Good To Be Deaf??

Grateful for You

Once upon a time there was a bunch of tiny frogs... who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants... The race began...Honestly no one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.

You heard statements such as: 'Oh, WAY too difficult!' 'They will NEVER make it to the top.' or: 'Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!' The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one.... Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher... The crowd continued to yell, 'It is too difficult! No one will make it!' More tiny frogs got tired and gave up...But ONE continued higher and higher and higher... This one wouldn't give up!

At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top! THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it? A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal?

It turned out... That the winner was DEAF!

The wisdom of this story is: Never listen to other people's tendencies to be negative or pessimistic... because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you -- the ones you have in your heart! Always think of the power words have. (There's life and death in the power of the tongue - Proverbs 18:21.) Because everything you hear and read will affect your actions!

Therefore ALWAYS be POSITIVE!......

And above all: Be DEAF when people tell YOU that you cannot fulfill your dreams!

Always thinks God and I can do this!!

If you fall down 10 times, Stand up 10 times!

Helen's thought for today: Reading above story, (sent to me by a friend who lives in Canada), I think I learn something!!

In my life there are some that I used to dream about it. Looking back, living in Burma, most of the feedback are not very positive..mostly negative. Let me flash back my life.....

I want to be a singer, want to have a record but I was told...
-My voice was not good enough!
-I am not stylish!
-I have no connection!...bla bla bla
No one tell me that
-go to voice training
-You no need to be stylish but good voice is count
-or at least "You can do it!" but laughing at me.

Then I want to be a lawyer but I was yold....
-My high school score are not high enough..
(thinking back I should hear from someone telling me "OK finish your collage and see you can get into Law school or not." Unfortunately "No one guide me that". What I heard was..."Well no choice, you have to study what they asked you to study. This is it.....period!"

When my mom asked me to go to Hong Kong with her mostly I heard was....
-You will be lost in there.
-People there not smile like you do.
-You will be friendless.
-You have a good job at Embassy. What are you going to do there?

Deep inside I do not want to go but I went and Guess what???
It turned out ...
-I got friends.
-I got a good job not only one but two!
-Had learn that people are different.
-Realized that I was not ugly but attracted.
-Had Learn that how's a single life in foreign country..above of all
-I learn what life is! Staying alone, managing your own income, taking care of my half-brothers! ta...ta...ta and tra la la....

Yes...sometime good to be deaf!

Pray, ask God for protection and go for it! As the story said " By God leading.... I can do it.

No Christian is anonymous to God!!

I Do Not Understand

I was having a cup of coffee and reading my newspaper this morning. I want to talk news about "US lawmakers against having Guantanamo detainees in their states", the news that bothering me a lot. It was from Bangkok The Nation Newspaper, dated May 22, 2009.

I am not a politician so I do not know much about politic but I know what happening because I read! Like......I do not know how's my doctor transplanted a liver into my body in detail but I know what Organ Transplant is! Say.......I am not totally knowledgeless but I know what happening around.

OK let's see the new and the things that I do not understand!....

The News: Obama takes on the explosive topic a day after Senate, at the behest of majority Democrats, denied his request for $80 million(Thai Money Baht 2.8 Billion), to close the prison.

My question: What on earth the Obama request for $80 million? Is he knows that the value of $80 million? I am so glad that some Democrats, their heads and bodies are still attached and working well to denied of his request. I know Obama pays the Tax but so do I and the rest of good US citizens.

The News: Obama's plan of works...
#Using federal court to try those who have violated criminal law;
#Using military commissions to try those charged with violating the rules of war; and
# Transferring detainees to third countries when that is possible and does not pose security risk.

My question: #I respect of the rules of war but how could you deal with those people who do or did not understand or ignoring of the rules of war? Here Obama is playing guitar in front of the lion!!

ie...While we are treating Chicken Grill and giving prayer mats to Guantanamo detainees here the US Civilians, our missionary, our media men and our troops are getting their heads chop off??

#Transferring detainees to third countries! OK name me or to us that third countries which willing to take these wonderful presents that Obama are planning to send to them. My worry is...
Can Obama name them??

The News: Obama administration says the prison has become a "recruiting poster for al-Qaeda because prisoners were being held indefinitely without charges and some were subjected to "enhanced interrogation, including water boarding , a simulated drowning technique that Obama has called torture.

My Question: Do we need to use darling, honey, sweety, hello boys to detainees when interrogating? How well respond will get back? I think the detainees will laugh their butt off!! I do understand that you can not water boarding to good people but I do not understand that why can't the authority water boarding to the bad guys in order to get information which will or might prevent the next attacking??

Here we got 4 planes hited US Soil and got killed 3600 ++ and more still killing....for that the Obama said this water boarding and simulated drawing is torture!! Is he President or Preacher?? What's a poohter!! Sound like revenging right? Ask me that I have the answer for you but now this will be another blog.

The News: ....When prisons close, inmates must either be released or sent to other jails and Obama sill "has not decided where some of the detainees will be transferred," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Wednesday.

My Question: Where and How the Obama starting to think about this plan? What are the objectives of this plan? Our President need a good night sleep now. I just blog to say... I do not understand!!

The news: The Lawmakers from both houses of Congress have gone on record criticising the lack of specific plans about where to house inmates who are considered too dangerous for release or transfer to other countries.......

While France has accepted ONE prisoner, other European allies have refused or given non-specific commitments.

My Question: Why France has accepted only one prisoner? Why only one? Why not 2? This is what I understand on the France......Because they are using their brains!! Why other European allies have refused to give commitments? ..... Because they also do using their heads too!! People need happy not worry.

Well one thing I do understand that the USA, my country, has "Prisoners for sale"!!

I do not understand What going on in our Obama's head but this is my wish...I hope that Obama is not only eager to built his name sake good but for the sake of USA people....only!!

Good luck Mr. President on your Guantanamo detainees plan!! I love you Mr. President but I do not understand!!

Deny Me?

NOTE: Please read, also Helen Said of the end!

I got the following email from a dear friend of mine who lives in PANAMA. She is a Catholic. I like her alot because she is one of my friends who has huge thought about me, kind to me, pray for me when I was sick and nice to every workers we had! I have know her for a long time. We used to fish together in the Caribbean Sea, actually many times. I remembered that she just sat in the boat, not dare to touch nothing because she is a pure city lady looks meantime here I was enjoying so much catching fish!! She came with us as a evening outing.

I love fishing!! The best part is cooking the fish that you catch for the day. Some time we even can shared to our farm workers. It was a very nice time of living in the Shrimps Farms. I love fishing but the rest I hated that Country (I won't mention the name of the country as a nice diplomatic gesture!!). So small and nothing to do much, the size of the country is slightly bigger than a Village!! But.... I love to go back there just as a tourist (may be as a fishing trip), not to stay there like part of my 6 years as I did before!!

I miss you Poppe.

OK Let see what she sent to me!!

"The movie Corpus Christi is due to be released this June to August.

This disgusting film set to appear in America later this year and it depicts Jesus and his disciples as homosexuals! As a play, this has already been in theatres for a while.

It's called Corpus Christi ' which means ' The Christ Body.' It's a revolting mockery of our Lord. But, we can make a difference. That's why I am sending this e-mail to you. If you do send this around, we may be able to prevent this film from showing in America and South Africa .

Apparently, some regions in Europe have already banned the film. We need a lot of prayers and a lot of e-mails.

As a Christian I want to take a stand in what I believe in and stop the mockery of Jesus Christ our Savior.

At the risk of a bit of inconvenience, I'm forwarding this to all I think would appreciate it. Please help us prevent such offenses against our Lord. It will take you less than 2 minutes to pass it on.

If you are not interested, or do not have the 2 Minutes it will take to do this , please don't complain when God does not have time for you, because He is far busier than we are.

Remember, Jesus said 'Deny Me on earth and I'll deny you before my Father'."

Helen Said: You no need to send this email to no one. As I am a true Christian, I don't care how many movies came out against My God Christ! You know why???????

"A ture Christian faith does not depend on Hollywood or other's making movies which the only main interest for them is "to make the money"!!.

"A true Christian faith is deep and firm!! For me the trust, the believing, the love and the faith that I have for Christ, there is nothing can't destroy it!!"

You know when I die some point you all will forget me but Christ said...."Heaven and Earth will move a way but my name shall stay forever and ever". After 2009 years, Indeed.."Jesus Christ is still living" and see how many (including me) are still loving him and worshiping him!!! I would say many many people.

I am not worry at all. My God can taking care of business..actually all the business in God's time and in God's ways.

I see a very clear picture here which is Hollywood not have done yet. It's a movie I would call "Becareful"!! Some (not all) , they are taking advantage of the niceness, the tenderness,, the patient of Christianity. Let me tell you if you did such kind of movie to other people's religion or religions..."You might get your heads chop off".. but here my God tell me....

"Love your neighbour as you love yourself":...... Yes Christ said to me also ....."Deny Me On Earth and I Will Deny You Before My Father".

God is Good!! Very Good!!

Michigan man donates kidney, part of liver
Associated Press
6:04 AM CDT, May 19, 2009

MACOMB TOWNSHIP, Mich. -
A Detroit-area man has been in a giving mood when it comes to his organs.

The Detroit News reports Bruce Coburn donated 60 percent of his liver to his wife, Carolyn, in January 2008. And last month, he helped her sister, Patricia Moylan, who had been waiting for a donor kidney.

Richmond, Va.-based United Network for Organ Sharing says the 40-year-old man from Macomb County's Macomb Township is the first living double organ donor in Michigan, and the 18th such donor nationwide. Bruce Coburn says he would donate again if doctors allowed him.

Bruce Coburn's wife needed a transplant because of autoimmune hepatitis, where the body's immune system attacks liver cells. Her sister was diagnosed nearly 14 years ago with polycystic kidney disease. ------ Information from: The Detroit News, http://www.detnews.com

Guatemala murder scandal deepens !!

Guatemala's Congress has received a 35,000-strong petition calling for President Alvaro Colom to be stripped of his immunity from prosecution.
The petition's organisers want Mr Colom to be tried over allegations he ordered the killing of a prominent lawyer.

The lawyer, who was shot dead on 10 May, had recorded a video saying that if he was found dead, the president and his advisers would be responsible.
President Colom has denied any involvement in the murder.

A UN-backed commission, set up to tackle corruption in Guatemala, has been asked to investigate the case. The FBI is also offering assistance.
On Monday, a group of lawyers delivered the 35,000 signatures calling on Congress to begin moves that could lead to the president's impeachment.

There have been demonstrations for and against Mr Colom
"If we don't get a reply in eight days, we'll continue with peaceful protests through a national strike," said Luis Perez Alvarez, one of the petition's organisers.

"We don't want to bring down the government, nor are we conspiring against it. We just want justice."

The continuing crisis is nevertheless worrying outside observers. European Union ambassadors met President Colom on Monday to voice their concerns at growing violence in the country and to call for an "independent and impartial investigation" into the case.

'Clear conscience'

The Rio Group, which brings together Latin American nations, also expressed its concern at the current situation, while stressing its support for "the democratic institutions and the constitutional government" of Guatemala.
The head of the Organisation of American States (OAS), Jose Miguel Insulza, is due to arrive in Guatemala on Thursday.

Analysts say the crisis could threaten Guatemala's weak democracy. The country only emerged from a long-running civil war a decade ago and is plagued by high levels of corruption and crime.

Mr Colom, elected in November 2007, is the Central American country's first left of centre leader for half a century.

In an interview with BBC Mundo last week, Mr Colom stressed that he had no idea why the lawyer, Rodrigo Rosenberg, would have recorded such allegations.
He said that he had no intention of standing down, not even temporarily while investigations s are under way, saying his was "completely clear".

In the video, Mr Rosenberg said he might be targeted because he represented a prominent businessman, Khalil Musa, who was killed in March along with his daughter, Marjorie Musa.

AAPP
Joint Report
BWU
Women Political Prisoners in Burma
Appendix 15

Thi Thi Aung was arrested and imprisoned for contact with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi following a 1996 student demonstration. She served six years and eight months of her seven year sentence, refusing to sign section 401(1) three times.

I was arrested in 1996, after leaving Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s home. I had gone there to inform her about the demonstration that had just taken place on December 2. I was arrested on December 3. They accused me of making a speech at the demonstration, even though I didn’t.After my arrest, I was taken to MI 12 Interrogation Centre. I was veiled from the time of my arrest and my thumbs were handcuffed together.I was put in a darkened room and from then I couldn’t tell if it was day or night. I estimated I was there for five days and four nights.

I wasn't offered food or drink for many hours. The room smelled terrible. It had only a very small stool in it. This was a torture chair, very high and about 10 inches big. It had no back so you couldn’t lean back.I was thrown into the room, and before the interrogation MI personnel slammed the door several times, very hard and in a very threatening manner.

Then a group of MI personnel came into the room and veiled me again before they started questioning me. Then they asked me about my actions again and again. They asked me if my actions were by order of NLD Central Executive Committee members or not. When I refused to answer they hit me with a book that was about three inches thick, many times. They couldn't get the answer they wanted so they hit me again and again, and accused me of organising people in the township against the regime. All this time I wasn't free of the thumb cuffs so I couldn't re-adjust my sarong.

They left, and later I was offered some food and water. I was offered this only three times during the whole interrogation that was four days and the first two times I was offered food that was rotten. I only had real food one time. I was only offered limited water, which wasn’t enough for me. I was thirsty all the time.

Then I was taken to Insein prison - before they sent me there I was veiled again and turned around many times so as not to know the way.

When I was in Insein I was put into a cell and prison authorities gave food to me in a very rude manner, without opening the cell door, like throwing the bowl at me. A lot of food was spilled and wasted. I was only allowed outside the cell for 15 minutes to take a bath.

I was only allowed to have five cups of water for my bath. There were two of us in the cell. We only had one mat and one blanket for two people, so we had to sleep on the concrete floor. Before the trial I had to live like this for a month. When I was arrested I had no extra clothes with me so when I washed my clothes I had to wear the blanket.

The woman I shared a cellblock with was also arrested under Article 5j, but she was just a sightseer, not an activist or participant in the demonstration. She was imprisoned as an example to the public of what happens to people who support Daw Aung San Suu Kyi- military intelligence personnel told me that.

I was put on trial after a month in Insein. I had to spend one year in the cell compound only being allowed out for thirty minutes a day for both walking and cleaning. My family was not allowed to visit until one month after the trial. Prison authorities ordered all of the political prisoners to follow the 18 prison principles and ordered us to repeat the principles to them. When we refused to do this the prison authorities took careful notes of our names and prison numbers. Five of us were transferred to Tharyarwaddy prison on November 15, 1997, and we thought it was because we had refused to repeat the principles.

My life at Tharyarwaddy was worse than it was at Insein until ICRC started to visit Tharyarwaddy prison at the end of 1999. After ICRC started to visit it got a little bit more comfortable. When I first got to Tharyarwaddy prison the food was so bad and hard like a stone, almost rotten. We had rice and bean soup for lunch and boiled vegetables for dinner. Those soups were like water. I don't remember the exact date, but there was one day that the food was in very bad condition, brownish red rice and hard like wood so we couldn't eat it. So we complained, step by step, to the prison authorities, first to the warden, then to the warden in charge, then to the officer in charge, then to his superior, four steps, but they didn't care. We requested peacefully and explained that we were transferred from Insein and our families could not visit us very often and that the food they had given us was not proper for our health. But the prison authorities did not care.

Most of the female political prisoners started to refuse to eat the food from the prison and we only had a few snacks supplied from our families. That lasted for three days. Prison authorities ignored us. After that we went on hunger strike, although we did not declare this to the authorities. We ate nothing. Two days later my family came and visited me. They were allowed this visit by the authorities. I informed my family of the situation and asked my family to inform Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. To do this I had to pay the prison reporter not to take notes during my families visit that day, so that I could inform my family secretly.

The hunger strike lasted one week. When it got to six days there was some news of it broadcast by the media because Daw Aung San Suu Kyi informed them. Some MI from Rangoon arrived and took me out of my cell. The female political prisoners who had not been eating anything were so weak. We couldn't move or talk and some suffered from diarrhoea, but even then the prison authorities didn't change the food. They told me not to say anything about our conditions to the MI. I said nothing to the prison authorities and I went to meet the MI.

MI asked me why we were on a hunger strike and I explained that the regime always declares to the international community that they put political prisoners under very good conditions when we actually live under very bad conditions. Food and medicine are substandard and our health suffers. MI told me that I had to live under these conditions because this prison is a remote prison, but finally MI met with the prison authorities and they set a date to change the food. The food changed after that date. The prison officer who allowed my family to visit me when all this started was then transferred to another prison.I believe the transfer was a direct result of allowing me a family visit where he didn’t take notes. In fact MI investigated the whole event and that officer was transferred. Thanks to us all political prisoners in Tharyarwaddy had good rice. Food conditions changed from that point for all prisoners there.

The hunger strike happened in early January 1998, soon after I was transferred. We were put in a cell compound in Tharyarwaddy that was not secure, so we were seen during bathing. That was the case until the ICRC started to visit. We really struggled in prison. The prison doctor was so brutal towards political prisoners. He didn’t take care of our health. Because of the bad conditions I now suffer from kidney ailments.

When political prisoners suffered from diseases he didn't treat us properly.

On National Day we sang political songs and were punished for twelve days. They cancelled our sentence reduction to which we were legally entitled. I had to stay in prison 30 more days than my casemate because I made this protest.I never signed section 401(1). I was offered to sign it three times. The first time was when I had served 5 yrs and 8 months. I refused. Those who did sign were treated with care. When they were released they were taken directly home to their families. When I was released I was shoved on a bus, carelessly. That's all.

Charlie's Angels

We have different angels but the one I want to talk about is Charlie's Angels, Farrah Fawcett!! What a beauty!! Well I will say... used to be.

There are 3 American TV series when the TV service starting in Rangoon, Burma...I think 20 ++ years ago. Charlies's Angels, Heart to Heart and Little House on the Prairie! I love all of them. I even make sure that I won't date or party on the night that these shows were on!!

Most of my English comes from Charlies's Angels!!! Ha ha! The Heart to Heart makes me want to have a "Husband"! Little House on the Prairie teachs me to be a good moral, kind, loving and happy person! See....wahtching TV is not always bad.

By now you all know how's my English Level is. I am very proud of my English. Grammatically might be very wrong but I am so very proud of my English. I think in my family... I am the best English Speaker in our younger generations. My uncles are far better English speakers but they are dead now.

I was enjoying seeing Farrah Fawcett. I think she is very beautiful, nice teeth, nice hair with cute face! I want to be sexy like her but what I have is all opposite of hers. She is 5'7" and I am 5'2", she is white and I am yellow, she has long blond haired and I am short black haired, she is movie star and I was just student, She was Charlie's Angel and I was no one's Angel!! See the differences??

But a similar that I have with her was...she is fighting cancer and I was fighting cancer. I do not know her but I can answer for her that if you all ask both of us .."What do you want on Earthly life?"

We both will answer....."Free of Cancer"!!

PS. Please put her in your prayer to night. Thank you Farrah Fawcett for giving us a time to enjoy your acting!!

As Charlie's Angels star lies dying, she begs for camera to keep rolling An unflinching documentary of Farrah Fawcett's
long struggle with a terminal illness, filmed by
her best friend, has been tipped for an Emmy

Joanna Walters in New York

Farrah Fawcett, the 70s television star and sex symbol, wants to live her life on camera until the very end. That is why the actress has allowed her best friend, Alana Stewart, to film even the rawest moments of her battle with terminal cancer – including one when she writhed in agony, clutching a rosary, in a hospital bed.

"She was projectile vomiting and she looks up at me and says, 'Why aren't you filming this? This is what cancer is'," a tearful Stewart recounts in the harrowing film, Farrah's Story, which aired in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Now commentators in America are saying the heartrending documentary – effectively Fawcett's curtain call – could result in an Emmy for the actress, named as an executive producer. It is an industry honour that has eluded her so far.

Fawcett, who soared to fame as the blonde bombshell private eye in the original Charlie's Angels TV series, appears close to death in the final scenes of the film, so ill and sedated that she doesn't recognise her own son.Her longtime companion, film star Ryan O'Neal, is seen on camera sobbing and shaking as he says: "We had all better brace ourselves."

Fawcett first began a simple video diary of her treatment in the early days after she was diagnosed with a rare anal cancer in September 2006.But it soon turned into an extraordinary, unsparing record of a painful two-and-a-half-year rollercoaster ride of hopes raised and dashed repeatedly throughout gruelling treatments.

Fawcett turned the project into a documentary after fellow cancer sufferers urged her to go public with her fight in an effort to highlight the need for early detection and more research.

There are hopeful moments in the film and Fawcett shows incredible resilience, but even as she vows to fight on the tale becomes progressively bleaker. The 62-year-old is shown most recently in bed at home, barely conscious under a heap of bedclothes, after O'Neal said she had "pretty much" stopped receiving treatment. He said he would wake her up to watch the documentary.

After many treatments had caused her agony but spared what her Los Angeles doctor Lawrence Piro called "the most famous hair in the world", Fawcett is seen late in the film with her hair falling out in clumps. She shaves most of it off, then shows her head to the camera, bald but for a remaining blond fringe.

The actresses who played her fellow "Angels" in the 1976 series, Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith, are both shown rallying around their former co-star. "Hair or no hair, she is Farrah and I never heard her complain once," says Smith.

Fawcett opens the film by saying to camera: "In September 2006 I heard three words I thought I would never hear – malignant, tumour and anal." She underwent intense chemotherapy and radiotherapy and was declared cancer-free in February of the following year. But in May 2007 there was grim news. "That's when I heard the fourth word I never thought I would hear – recurrence," Fawcett tells the camera.

She films a roomful of nervous doctors telling her that a peanut-sized tumour in her rectum had spread cancer cells to her liver. "Suddenly there were nine tumours in my liver," she says.

The LA doctors could not operate on the original tumour without a colostomy. So Fawcett is documented beginning multiple trips to Germany for delicate surgery and several alternative chemotherapies and laser treatment on the liver tumours.

Stewart films the excruciating procedures as surgeons push long needles through her rib cartilage to inject chemicals directly into the liver tumours. Fawcett groans and cringes in pain. O'Neal stands quietly weeping nearby. "I'm scared. Farrah taught me how to live," O'Neal sobs.

He has been her on-off boyfriend since they got together in 1982.In her Charlie's Angels days she was Farrah Fawcett-Majors – married to Lee Majors, who played a bionic man in the equally popular science fiction TV show Six Million Dollar Man. They separated in 1979 and there is no mention of him in the documentary.

But O'Neal, whose biggest screen hit was the 1970 blockbuster Love Story, is now her constant companion. "I've loved her more these last years than ever... she doesn't want anyone to pity her or worry. She puts up a brave fight as if everything is fine, when it's not," said O'Neal.

Fawcett also had to battle the gossip sheets after a hospital insider sold copies of her medical records to the National Enquirer tabloid.

At the height of her fame, Fawcett posed for a cheesy but iconic swimsuit poster that became synonymous with American glamour and sold 12m copies worldwide. Less well known is that after Charlie's Angels she had a respectable movie career and won acclaim for stage acting off Broadway in New York.
The irony of a famous sex symbol suffering from what many regard as an unmentionable type of cancer may be bitter, but Fawcett breaks barriers by being the anal cancer sufferer prepared to bare herself on camera. She is seen flying back and forth to Germany, at times joking, at others wrapped pathetically in a blanket and injecting herself with painkillers, or being pushed in a wheelchair through the airport with a bowl on her lap to vomit into.Satirist PJ O'Rourke suffered the same cancer, but has been successfully treated so far. He wrote wittily about it and called it "ass cancer".

Fawcett does not reveal if she knows what caused her cancer. Most cases of anal cancer are sparked by the sexually transmitted human papillomavirus. Smoking can also be a factor.

Fawcett is seen in the documentary celebrating with whoops of joy and a Mexican holiday a year ago, after treatment breakthroughs prompted her German doctors to call her a walking miracle. But it was short-lived. She sobs on camera when a scan last summer showed a new tumour in her anus and fresh tumours in her liver. "I feel like a dog who has been to the vet too many times," Fawcett says weakly as last-ditch surgery in Germany and trial treatments in LA fail.

Her 91-year-old father Jim flew in from Texas earlier this month, reportedly to bid her goodbye.

Meanwhile, it had been kept from Fawcett that her son with Ryan O'Neal, Redmond, 24, was in jail on charges of possessing heroin.

Just days ago, Dr Piro wrote to the judge in Redmond's case asking if he could be released to see his mother for what might be the last time.Redmond O'Neal is seen on camera in his prison jumpsuit, having his handcuffs taken off by an accompanying guard, but remaining shackled at the ankles as he bends close to his mother over the bed and says: "Mommy? It's Redmond. It's your son."

When asked if she had recognised him, he says: "I hope so."Fawcett finishes the documentary with a commentary explaining its purpose, recorded before she became bedridden, and asking: "Why is there not more research into certain types of cancer? Why doesn't our health system embrace alternative treatments that have proved successful in other countries? I have got cancer, but I'm alive. What are you fighting for?"Celebrities and friends who attended a screening were in tears. "It's intense. Everyone should see this film," said actress Melanie Griffith as she dabbed her eyes.

Suu Kyi's Trial

To be honest the Suu Kyi's trail on Monday............ for what? Trial or without trial the judgment of "The stranger visited to Suu Kyi" is up to a one man's mouth!! All up to this one mouth which is likely to be said.. "Yes to the jail for 6 years more"!!

Today the shops are order to be closed to avoid the demonstration. I am very sad for Burmese people. What a life to live for!!

Suu Kyi's doctor freed, ahead of her trial May 17, 2009 03:52 EDT
YANGON, Myanmar (AP) --

Myanmar's military rulers have released the personal doctor of jailed opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi .He was taken from his home May 7, a day after an American was arrested near Suu Kyi's residence.

Authorities accuse Suu Kyi of harboring the man, who swam secretly across a lake to her house. It is not known why the doctor was arrested, but a spokesman for Suu Kyi's democracy group has said his detention may have been related to the American swimmer.

Suu Kyi goes on trial tomorrow for allegedly violating terms of her house arrest by sheltering the American, reportedly a Vietnam War-era veteran.

She had been scheduled to be freed next week after six consecutive years of house arrest. The Nobel Peace Prize-winner now faces up to five years in prison if convicted on the new charges.

Reading the above news...seen to me her doctor, her house keepers, may be her lawyers who ever people around her will be in trouble.. moreover I should say they are in danger.

Suu Kyi..I should say she is "like father, Like daughter"! When my years in Burma, her news was very very limited....almost nothing beside visiting to her mother sometime. One year of her visited she never went back to England after seeing how Burma is!

Like her father the country come first! She puts her husband, her two sons, her good life behind and .......the rest is a history which is still witting on.

Wish all the best to Suu Kyi!!

My thinking for the visitor, Mr Yattaw.....

1. What is his future?
2. Who will be his lawyer? The Burmese or the American?
3. Instead of swimming why can't he fly into Naypyidaw?
4. Why not visiting Than Shwe?
5. Who find out the Yattaw was in the Suu Kyi's house? How?
5. Well.. for the positive side, he will speak Burmese Language very soon!!

Good luck Mr Yattaw!

A Thought on May 15th

The earth's population is now over 6.6 Billion! I am still in one of those 6.6 billion. We all choose our lives to be married, to be single, to be divorce, to be just living together and to be part of lesbian or gay people!! I choose to be "married and have children"!!

I can't speak for other life but I learn that marry to someone is easy but maintain the married life is Oh my holy.... not easy at all. Making baby is very good but raising a child is what a responsibilities!!

Today is my Church Wedding Anniversary Day! One of the most happy days of my life as all the girls feel on their wedding day unless you are forced to marry to an ugly, smelly man with load of money. (don't laugh it can be happen to you!!). It happened to lots of girls in around the world may be in Asia....the most!!

Married life is a "Voyages". This married voyages is like other voyages it is not forever full of flowers!! Sometime there will be a road block or stinky roads for you to pass on. The question is how we are going to pass on that bad part of your married life??

Here are some ways of people trying to face the road block of married life!!

1. Becoming a heavy drinker and got drunk every night!
2. Get the secret new lovers!
3. Spending money in every way to release the pain! Shopping, Travelling and partying!
4. Go to special sex service places!
5. Talk to married consular!....etc.... the last one is.......

Get Divorce!!

I can't say much more but I will say this...IF God offered you anything you wanted, what would you ask for?

I will ask for 2 things....

1. I want Christ to lead my generation to my next generation from Shan to lists goes on.......Only Christ!!

2. Even we are not a wonderful perfect couple, I want to be Robins's wife the rest of my life!

I will end my diary for today with.....................

"Wives, submit yourselves unto your won husbands......."
Ephesians 5:22

"Husbands, love your wives...."
Ephesian 5:25

Lucky Yoko Uno

Every time I see John and Yoko photos this is what I say to myself..... What a love from John and what a lucky for Yoko Ono. OK before I write this blog I have to say something ahead! I will write this blog simply what I see about Ono without nasty minded.

I see differences among in women!

Group A: Women in this group.... They are not beautiful but they have style. They present very well with class, with clothes which make them look beautiful and expensive. i.e: Michelle Obama, Babara Walter, Jakie Kennedy. Michelle's mouth, Babara's nose and Jakie's jaws are bad but combine together they look class.

Group B:Women in this group...They are beautiful but just do not know how to dress beside just big boob with no class. i.e: Pamela Anderson, Britney Spare

Group C: Women in this group...not beautiful but also very trying and very exposing!! i.e Ivana Trump, Joy Behar.

Group D: Women in this group beautiful with boob also exposing with Class!! i.e:
Scarlett Johensen, Queen Latifa, Jennifer Hudson, Peneloppe Cruz

Group E: Women have nothing but pretty face, sexy with fun. i.e:Kate Hudson, Reese Witherspoon:

Now back to YOKO ONO, Where can I put her in above groups??

This is what I see her...She is not beautiful, Not stylish, Not likable, Not sweet, But Mean face and ugly!! I just dislike her sun glasses which she puts on rain, sunny, cloudy or smoky!! But..................... She got John Lennon!!
In Asian famous women I think she is unfortunately the most unattracted one but NOT in John's eyes though. This is what make this world interesting and colourful!!
Now in this blog I am talking about the first layer of skin!!

Marjorie, You will be missed forever!!

Marjorie was a beautiful lady, inside and outside both with sweet smiley face! She was introduced to me by my good friend Silvia. I had met her many times at Silvia's house at different occasions. I think she was at my farewell party given by Silvia.

I lived in Guatemala for 10 years. Guatemala City is beautiful, has good weather with lovely people. It is also a place that If you are rich and famous you have to be very careful. There are some a few people that need to go around with body guards!!

Marjorie and her father got killed by being a nice honest person. Now lately her lawyer also got killed!! It is a sad said situation. Like Silvia said...they are living with a terror movie!! I fully understand that.

May Marjorie rest in peace and sure she is with God! My thought are with the rest of people who love her and her father.

Here is a translation done by a previous student of mine that is posted on fb.

Transcript of the written document left behind by the lawyer [Rodrigo Rosenberg] before being shot to death:

Rodrigo Rosenberg's Declaration, prior to his death

If you are reading this message, it means that I, Rodrigo Rosenberg Marzano, was murdered by the President's Private Secretary Gustavo Alejos and his associate Gregorio Valdez, with the approval of mister Alvaro Colom and Sandra de Colom.

The reason for which Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez have ordered my death, and for which the President of the Republic Alvaro Colom has approved it, is because until the day I was killed, I was the lawyer for two incredible Guatemalans, Mister Khalil Musa and his daughter Marjorie Musa, and knew exactly how Alvaro Colom, Sandra de Colom, Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez were responsible for this cowardly assassination, which I made known to them and to anyone who could and would hear me.

I was a 47 year old Guatemalan, with 4 beautiful children, with the best brother one could ask in life, with wonderful friends, and with an overwhelming desire to live in my country, but I could not have lived with myself without rebelling, arming myself with valor and denouncing before all Guatemalans who have principles and values the real reasons for the deaths of Mister Khalil Musa and his daughter Marjorie Musa, without regarding the consequences, and understanding that my life was in danger, I wanted to leave behind this testimony, should something come to happen to me, as it unfortunately did.

It was Alvaro Colom who, through Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez, asked for the collaboration of Mister Khalil Musa to form part, Ad honorem, of the board for Banrural, without Mister Khalil Musa being aware of the illegal, million-dollar business transactions taking place daily in Banrural, which range from money laundering to the deviation of public funds to non-existent programs belonging to the President’s wife, Sandra de Colom, as well as the funding of paper firms employed for drug-dealing.

It was Alvaro Colom, in agreement with Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez, who withheld Mister Khalil Musa’s already signed appointment, without his knowledge, for over three months, for in reality they had no intention whatsoever of granting him this post, but were using his good name with the argument that if new quotas of power were not distributed, Mister Khalil would denounce the corruption with which Banrural’s General Manager Fernando Peña operates this bank at his whim, for the service of Mrs. Sandra de Colom, as an associate and financier with the funds of the bank and of the businesses owned by Gregorio Valdez and Gustavo Alejos, without the bank’s president, José Angel López, doing anything to stop Fernando Peña from turning Banrural into the dwelling for thieves, drugdealers and murderers which it is now.

With the impunity with which Guatemalans in recent years have granted to thieves and murderers, José Angel López, Fernando Peña and the cowardly Gerardo de León directly threatened and intimidated Mister Khalil Musa a few weeks before his assassination, so that he’d give up his post and Mister Khalil Musa, as a true gentleman, told them he had no problem with his appointment being canceled, as it was Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez, in agreement with our most splendid President Alvaro Colom and his perennial shadow, Sandra de Colom.

Mister Khalil Musa let Gustavo Alejos and Alvaro Colom know that he’s decided not to take part in the board of Banrural to avoid troubles, but they asked that he give them time, as all was getting resolved, without Mister Khalil Musa having the slightest idea that once the thieves and murderers had everything settled, they would kill him along with his daughter, Marjorie Musa (whose only crime was to be an exemplary daughter who always accompanied her father), as he’d served his purpose, without caring for anything or anyone and with the utter leisure of knowing that good Guatemalans would once more do absolutely nothing, justifying their inactivity in the impotence which always pervades us, or simply saying “Most likely, they were involved in something…”

Boasting lack of moral principles or values and of the vaguest sense of shame, Gustavo Alejos, after trying to invent other theories who nobody accepted on the grounds of the moral virtue of the victims, personally told Mister Khalil Musa’s family that he’d regrettably been assassinated for the horrible problems which exist in Banrural, reaching the point that the very President Alvaro Colom invites one of Mister Khalil Musa’s political relatives to his office to confirm what’s been said by his Private Secretary.

Now you can understand why neither Alvaro Colom and much less Gustavo Alejos publicly declared what they told to the family of Mister Khalil Musa and his daughter Marjorie Musa, and ordered the corrupt and incompetent Secretary of the Interior and the nonexistent Attorney General to let this assassination slide, as always occurs with the murders, thefts and violations which have thrust Guatemala into its darkest depths.

Day by day this horrible story repeats itself and fills with grief one more of our Guatemalan families, while good Guatemalans decide to look the other way and pray it’s not our turn.

It’s enough! Let’s rescue our country from thieves, murderers and drugdealers, and once united, let us reclaim our Guatemala, our values and our faith in justice, and let us kick out the current puppet we have for president, and let us imprison the thieves and murderers, starting with Gustavo Alejos, Gregorio Valdez, Fernando Peña and Gerardo de León, among others, and once and for all, let us demand the resignation of all the current members of Congress, all of who, with very few exceptions, are a bunch of thieves, and let us start all over again, for the love of God and our country.

Surely the cowards will try to defend themselves by staining the memory of Mister Khalil Musa or his daughter Marjorie Musa, and will try to convince Guatemalans that this is all a new ploy, but in the end, the one and only truth that matters is that if you are reading this message, it’s because I, Rodrigo Rosenberg Marzano, was murdered by Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez, with the approval of Mister Alvaro colom and Sandra de Colom, for refusing to allow the vile and cowardly assassination of two incredible people like Mister Khalil Musa and his daughter Marjorie Musa to become another statistic, thus continuing to hand over my country to the killers, cowards, thieves and drugdealers who currently govern it.

Rodrigo Rosenber Marzano

PS
I remind Mister Vicepresident of the Republic, Doctor Rafael Espada, that he who’s silent, yields, and that you are neither a thief nor a murderer, and should be the first one to head the movement to recover our Guatemala, and make the law be carried out with the help of all the good Guatemalans who support it without reserve.

Acai

When you hear "Acai Berry", most people know they come from Brazil. One of in my old blogs I did mention about this Acai Juice. During recovering time from my liver transplant I met this lady who is agent for the Acai Juice seller at the spa in Gainesville, Fl.! I fell for her talking about how wonderful Acaiberry juice is....

See the picture here...I got told that I had liver cancer, cut off part of my liver, after one year came back 2 pin points size of lesions, changed my liver!! Me, a woman who was fighting the cancer and
Who want to be back to normal life so badly, and... who will easily fall for selling person because I was living in fear.

Then here a lady who talk only good things about Acai Berry. Showed me the Acai magazine with some dudes photos saying these people are getting healthy just drinking Acai Berry including those who were poor people before but after selling Acai Berry they becoming milliners!! I do not care much for that but when she said..it prevent CANCER, my eyes popped up, bought and drink them each days. See the first photo of Acai juice bottles, that's was what I was drinking for.... oh...I think 3 -5 months.

Later I realize that so expensive for that sucker!! I dropped buying from her but still getting from the Grocery Store which is a bit cheaper! Well of course the container are less fancier than bought from the dealer, as above photos!!

I read the following article from Google search. This is what I believe...no matter how much you drink Acai without exercises, well balance diet, vitamins and mineral water there is no wonder work....none!!! Your butt will be big, your stomach will be stick out, you chin will be dropped, your cheek will be fat, your tights will be rub each other and you will be depress without exercise!! Well, knife works for some but for how long?? Even with knife you still need to maintain by exercise!!

My conclusion is..Acai might help but you still need to do the works. As I trust in God also I have to do the works. Remember God give us Acai Berry but we still need to work. God will never go buy the juice for you nor won't be the driver of you to go get the Acai Juice!! God is very Smart!!!

Enjoy the reading!!

CONCLUSION:
There is no question that the Acai berry is Superfood. But whether an extract form of this tiny berry contains the same health benefits, as its pure form is still to be determined. Acai Berry Wonder is a dietary supplement that does not make any health claims directly but rather suggests that by taking this supplement, you will experience the positive health benefits associated with the Acai berry.

Unfortunately, there is scant information available on what the supplement contains and how to take it. In addition, the toll-free phone number listed on the website has a very long wait time in order to speak with a product representative. This makes acquiring important information on the product difficult and time-consuming.

But the good news is that very little, if any, negative side effects have been associated with consuming pure Acai berry and a pulp supplement form of this berry.

Should you have food allergies or health conditions, talk to your doctor before taking Acai Berry Wonder.

A Thought for Today

As Karen said, I am also very happy to be another year of my Wedding Anniversary and also a Happy Mother Day! My son gave me a hug and a kiss!! Robins gave me tiny flowers which he said with a huge thought is attached!!!

When bad things happened in this earthly world, we are fast to ask so many questions to God....Why? How? what? Where? But........ when good things happened to Karen Anderson, me and more, people tend to forget asking questions to God!!

Went to the church yesterday. One of our Church member family is in a very hard time in life. The father is facing Kidney Cancer. I had been there and know that how he feels without asking. They are from Korea and now closing everything in Bangkok..his business, his house, ....etc!!

I was at the Choir seats so I can see the sadness of the wife and the youngest daughter. Chris is only 16! She was crying most of the church service. I wish I could help them. I wish them so much back to normal life. I wish to see the father, mother and daughters they all sit together as one happy family like before I used to remember. One thing I remember to do, I will pray for them.

In life...we all will face difficult time in different ways. I do not know that the father will be better or not but I will pray. I do my part with faith.... praying!! I have faith that God will do in God's ways. Dear God, please help the family to see the best way to deal with the father's health problem.

As the news writer said..."No one is promising a rosy future!!

My God never say to me that I won't die but God said clearly .."Who ever abide in me shall be safe!!....Safe, How?? I do not have answer for that but I believe all up to the good God. What I have to do is ..." Have Faith in God with Action"!

Karen Anderson, diagnosed with cancer two years ago, is surrounded by her son William, husband Michael and daughter Helen.

News: Local: Story

Karen Anderson wears a silver bracelet with the single word “trust” engraved on it.

It’s not an easy concept to embrace when your dad has died of cancer, and your sister — the one who directed you to the bracelet — also fought and succumbed to the disease.

What exactly do you trust when you discover you have melanoma of the metastatic stage four variety? When you’re 44 years old and a wife, mother and teacher, and the disease has spread through your lymph nodes to your liver, bones and breasts?

Anderson learned she had the disease exactly two years and one day ago.

But on a recent sunny morning, surrounded by her husband, Michael, 19-year-old daughter Helen and 15-year-old son William, she looked relaxed and happy as the family described their Mother’s Day plans.

First there’s a gift from Helen: a work of calligraphy expressing in flowing French lines: “As the mother, so the daughter.”

Then there’s a little something fun from William: tickets to the local roller derby.

The day also will include a visit to Salem to spend time with Anderson’s mother, who fancies a walk across a new bridge spanning the Willamette River.

It’ll be low-key, the family says. But it will include what matters: being together.

Two years ago, the odds were so against this day. Faced with a bleak prognosis, Anderson opted to participate in clinical trials, options that might improve her chances or might not. She would be one of the guinea pigs helping doctors understand the value of new treatments.

“I did it because I wanted to be here for my family,” Anderson said.

A really nasty case

That May two years ago, Anderson was getting ready for a family vacation to the Caribbean when she noticed a lump on her neck. A biopsy revealed melanoma, a rare yet potent kind of skin cancer. It had already spread to her lymph nodes.

Following surgery to remove the nodes, Anderson got accepted for a clinical trial, but after just a few months, doctors found the cancer was spreading anyway. It had moved to her bones, breasts, liver and more lymph nodes.

That discovery bumped her from her first clinical trial to a second that involved a hospital stay and a cocktail of physically debilitating drugs that were considered lethal to the cancer. After that treatment, there was a respite of mere weeks before excruciating pain sent her back to the hospital.

A tumor in Anderson’s liver had grown dangerously large.

She thought it was the end of the road, and so did her oncologist, Dr. Walter Urba, medical director of the Providence Cancer Center’s cancer program and a melanoma specialist.

Anderson had proved to be a confounding patient for Urba. He’d begun believing she had a good chance of beating the disease, then had watched it progress to one of the nastiest cases of melanoma he’d ever seen.

“I thought, ‘How am I going to make it feel better so that in the last few weeks of her life I can make it comfortable so she can enjoy her family?’ ” Urba said.

Anderson describes Urba’s treatment of the liver tumor as the equivalent of “filling it with chemo and spray foam insulation in the hopes that it would block the tumor’s blood supply.”

That episode was followed by months of recuperation at home. When she began to feel better, Anderson joined a third clinical trial for a drug that she could actually feel working.

“The tumors in me started getting hot and growing, then they slowly shrank and eventually disappeared,” she said.

All except for one.

The blood-brain barrier, a “screen” that keeps toxics in the blood from interfering with the functions in the brain, also screened out the tumor-killing drugs, Urba said.

A brain scan revealed yet another tumor and other scans showed liver tumors returning.

She went back to Portland for gamma knife radiation, a nonsurgical technique that uses radiation to destroy tumors but spares nearby tissue. Usually it’s quite tolerable, but Anderson’s brain swelled and, in the end, her doctor had to surgically remove the golf-ball-size growth.

More weeks of anxious waiting followed and then, in February of this year, follow-up scans showed that Anderson was free of disease.

It was stunning news. The drug she took during the third clinical trial, Ipilimumab, which also goes by the name AntiCTLA-4, appeared to be controlling tumors even though she hadn’t taken it for months.

Anderson and Urba are both quick to say it wasn’t just the drugs. Some combination of treatment, personal effort and family support made the difference for her, they said. The support group around Anderson impressed her doctor.

“There wasn’t a single visit when she came alone,” Urba said. “Her husband was with her almost every time. Her mom came, her daughter came, her friends came.”

Not done fighting

While singing their praises, Anderson acknowledges that it has been a hardship both emotionally and financially. Until her diagnosis, she had been working as a preschool teacher and loved her job. Her illness made work impossible.

Her husband, a military veteran, had good insurance, but there were many uncovered costs in getting treated in Portland.

Everyone around Anderson stepped up to help.

“It has really been hard on the kids,” she said. Helen had a “messy” senior year and decided to attend the University of Oregon to be close to home rather than a preferred out-of-state school.

Anderson frankly leaned on friends who would get phone calls from her such as: “I have to have brain surgery today. Could you pick my son up from school?”

But for now, all that has changed. With the tumors currently absent, Anderson has been enjoying the grace of simply being alive. She walks a lot with friends, but they never really get anywhere, she said. Anderson is always stopping to gawk at an interesting house or a beautiful tree.

“I’m just happy to be here another Mother’s Day,” she said. “I fought so hard to be here for my kids.”

And she’s not done fighting. Recently recognized by the American Cancer Association as a “Hero of Hope,” she will be participating in the Relay for Life, a research fund-raiser that Anderson first got involved with back when her family members fell ill.

She’s part of a relay team, the Sole Sisters. Last year, the group organized a golf tournament to raise money in advance of the event. The group pulled in $6,000 and will try to best that with $9,000 for this year’s event on July 24, she said.

Anderson will make the effort because of her belief in the value of clinical trials.

Her story itself has a profound effect, Urba said. Invited to speak in Portland last week at an event for cancer research donors, Anderson got a standing ovation from an audience moved by her struggle. (Read a copy of her speech at tinyurl.com/anderson-speech.)

“She’s had a remarkable response to this new therapy. It came from the research and work of many people around the world trying to develop new strategies,” Urba said.

But no one is promising a rosy future.

“As far as we know, she has no active tumor. She knows this doesn’t mean she’ll never have to face this melanoma again. She is at risk for recurrence,” Urba said.

Anderson is equally blunt.

“I do believe that this will kill me, whether it’s a month from now or 20 years from now,” she said.

That’s where trust comes into play.

“You have to trust in your life and your death, and that everything happens for a reason even if you don’t understand it or it seems horrible,” Anderson said. “You just need to live your life and let it flow and know it’s going to work somehow.”

“I’m just happy to be here another Mother’s Day. I fought so hard to be here for my kids.”

Anniversary!

This will be me and Robins after 35 years more together!!

Tomorrow is my wedding Anniversary! Actually I have two dates! Legal paper day in Hong Kong and Church Wedding day in Macao!! Robins and I are not different from others couples. There're days that I could beat him up and there're days that I can't live without him.

Deep down I love this man. He is a real family man who likes to do things with family, mostly.

Last night at my devotional time I read the following thing from "Our Daily Bread" by Dave Branon.

"People around the world reacted with shock in Sept.2006 when news broke that Steve Irwin, the "Crocodile Hunter," had died. His enthusiasm for life and for God's creatures was contagious, making him a favorite personality worldwide.

When his wife Terri was interviewed shortly after Steve's death, her love for him was obvious as she said through her tears, "I've lost my Prince." What an affectionate way to memorialize her husband! She saw him as her prince and her best friend.

The husband-wife relationship is often viewed today as anything but the tender one Terri and Steve must have shared. We see bitterness, insults and the norm. How much more desirable it is to see true love...to see a husband unashamedly cherish his wife, to unselfishly be her "Prince."

How can a husband continue to Love his wife in a more princely way? Try these suggestion:

Listen: enjoy those tender times when she can unburden her heart without fear.

Love life: find ways to add fun to your marriage.

Lead spiritually: guide the way into prayer and intimate fellowship with the Lord.

Honor your wife and in love with her dwell,
Yield to the savior and all will be well,
Peace he will give to both husband and wife,
Blessing their marriage with joy throughout life." by Anon

Marriage thrives in a climate of love and respect.

'Husbands, love your wives.' Ephesians 5:25

Robins is not only Prince but he is a King to me and son. He is not perfect like me. We argue, we yell, we discuss and we, mostly I fight.... but I will never forget that he treats us well and feed us more than we can eat.

Sometime I do the thinking that knowing my attitude as can be suck and ugly but I still got a good husband who faithful to me.

I am thankful that my marriage years is coming that far. I am sure this is a blessing from God and I thank you to you God!

Am I Dementia?

My wonderful friend HH sent this to me and I love it! Then I sent it to some friends and I got back lots of feedback which make me laugh.

I failed questions number 2, 3, 4 and 5 so.......What? I still remember who Robins is.....My husband! Who Shan is......my son! Who is Helen...it's me, my sister in Law and my wonderful friend HH!! See I am still very very normal.

Enjoy the test and forget about the answer if you can't figure them out!

Your Yearly Dementia Test

It's that time of year to take our annual senior citizen test.

Exercise of the brain is as important as exercise of the muscles. As we grow older, it's important to keep mentally alert. If you don't use it, you lose it! Below is a very private way to gauge your loss or non-loss of intelligence.

Take the test presented here to determine if you're losing it or not. The spaces below are so you don't see the answers until you've made your answer. OK, relax, clear your mind and begin.

1. What do you put in a toaster?

Answer: "bread." If you said "toast," give up now and do something else. Try not to hurt yourself. If you said, bread, go to Question 2.

2. Say "silk" five times. Now spell "silk." What do cows drink?

Answer: Cows drink water. If you said "milk," don't attempt the next question. Your brain is over-stressed and may even overheat. Content yourself with reading a more appropriate literature such as Auto World. However, if you said "water", proceed to question 3.

3. If a red house is made from red bricks and a blue house is made from blue bricks and a pink house is made from pink bricks and a black house is made from black bricks, what is a green house made from?

Answer: Greenhouses are made from glass. If you said "green bricks," why the heck are you still reading these??? If you said "glass," go on to Question 4.

4. It's twenty years ago, and a plane is flying at 20,000 feet over Germany (If you will recall, Germany at the time was politically divided into West Germany and East Germany.) Anyway, during the flight, two engines fail. The pilot, realizing that the last remaining engine is also failing, decides on a crash landing procedure. Unfortunately the engine fails before he can do so and the plane fatally crashes smack in the middle of "no man's land" between East Germany and West Germany . Where would you bury the survivors? East Germany , West Germany , or no man's land"?

Answer: You don't bury survivors. If you said ANYTHING else, you're a dunce and you must stop. If you said, "You don't bury survivors", proceed to the next question.

5. Without using a calculator - You are driving a bus from London to Milford Haven in Wales . In London , 17 people get on the bus. In Reading , six people get off the bus and nine people get on. In Swindon , two people get off and four get on. In Cardiff , 11 people get off and 16 people get on. In Swansea , three people get off and five people get on. In Carmathen, six people get off and three get on. You then arrive at Milford Haven. What was the name of the bus driver?

Answer: Oh, for crying out loud! Don't you remember your own name? It was YOU!! Now pass this along to all your friends and pray they do better than you.

PS: 95% of people fail most of the questions!!

US man held for entering Aung San Suu Kyi's home
1 hour ago
YANGON (AFP) —

A US national has been arrested after swimming over to the lakeside compound where Myanmar opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi is under house arrest and hiding there, state media reported Thursday.

The New Light of Myanmar newspaper said the man, whom it identified as John Willian Yeattaw, had arrived in Yangon on a tourist visa on May 2.
On the night of May 3, it said, he swam toward Aung San Suu Kyi's compound "and secretly entered the house and stayed there."

"He was found and arrested by the security force while he was swimming back out of the lake" on the night of May 5 "with the help of a five-litre drinking water bottle," the paper added.

It said authorities confiscated his passport and a black haversack, torch, folding pliers, a camera and some US and Myanmar currency notes.

An investigation is under way to determine his motive.

Witnesses said that around 20 police officers entered Aung San Suu Kyi's residence Thursday.

The US embassy said it was trying to find out more.
"We have seen the article this morning," a spokesman said. "We don't have any more information. We are trying to learn more information ourselves."
Aung San Suu Kyi has spent most of the past 19 years under house arrest in Yangon where she lives with her two maids, and she is allowed only occasional visits. The area is normally off limits.

Nyan Win, a spokesman from Aung San Suu Kyi's National League for Democracy (NLD), said the incident exposed security concerns.

"It shows the security weakness at Daw Suu Kyi's compound... we are worried for Daw Suu Kyi's security," he told AFP.

The 63-year-old Nobel Peace Prize laureate's latest period of incarceration expires at the end of May and authorities have not said yet if they intend to extend her sentence.

The NLD won a landslide victory in elections in 1990, but the military, which has ruled the impoverished country with an iron rod since 1962, never allowed it to take office.

Face Transplant

Note: The article is from The AP Associated Press. This is my today news reading from Google search!

Face transplant patient: ‘I'm not a monster’
46-year-old Ohio woman can smile again with the help of a stranger's face

updated 8:49 a.m. ET May 6, 2009

CLEVELAND - When Connie Culp heard a little kid call her a monster because of the shotgun blast that left her face horribly disfigured, she pulled out her driver’s license to show the child what she used to look like. Years later, as the nation’s first face transplant recipient, she’s stepped forward to show the rest of the world what she looks like now.

Her expressions are still a bit wooden, but she can talk, smile, smell and taste her food again. Her speech is at times a little tough to understand. Her face is bloated and squarish. Her skin droops in big folds that doctors plan to pare away as her circulation improves and her nerves grow, animating her new muscles.

But Culp had nothing but praise for those who made her new face possible.

“I guess I’m the one you came to see today,” the 46-year-old Ohio woman said at a news conference at the Cleveland Clinic, where the groundbreaking operation was performed. But “I think it’s more important that you focus on the donor family that made it so I could have this person’s face.”

Until Tuesday, Culp’s identity and how she came to be disfigured were a secret.
‘I got me my nose’Culp’s husband, Thomas, shot her in 2004, then turned the gun on himself. He went to prison for seven years. His wife was left clinging to life. The blast shattered her nose, cheeks, the roof of her mouth and an eye. Hundreds of fragments of shotgun pellet and bone splinters were embedded in her face. She needed a tube into her windpipe to breathe. Only her upper eyelids, forehead, lower lip and chin were left.

Facing the public Connie Culp shows off the results of the first face transplant in the U.S., a procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. A plastic surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Risal Djohan, got a look at her injuries two months later. “He told me he didn’t think, he wasn’t sure, if he could fix me, but he’d try,” Culp recalled.

She endured 30 operations to try to fix her face. Doctors took parts of her ribs to make cheekbones and fashioned an upper jaw from one of her leg bones. She had countless skin grafts from her thighs. Still, she was left unable to eat solid food, breathe on her own, or smell.

Then, on Dec. 10, in a 22-hour operation, Dr. Maria Siemionow led a team of doctors who replaced 80 percent of Culp’s face with bone, muscles, nerves, skin and blood vessels from another woman who had just died. It was the fourth face transplant in the world, though the others were not as extensive.

“Here I am, five years later. He did what he said — I got me my nose,” Culp said of Djohan, laughing.

In January, she was able to eat pizza, chicken and hamburgers for the first time in years. She loves to have cookies with a cup of coffee, Siemionow said.
No information has been released about the donor or how she died, but her family members were moved when they saw before-and-after pictures of Culp, Siemionow said.

Culp said she wants to help foster acceptance of those who have suffered burns and other disfiguring injuries.

“When somebody has a disfigurement and don’t look as pretty as you do, don’t judge them, because you never know what happened to them,” she said. “Don’t judge people who don’t look the same as you do. Because you never know. One day it might be all taken away.”

It’s a role she has already practiced, said clinic psychiatrist Dr. Kathy Coffman.
Once while shopping, she heard a little kid say, ‘You said there were no real monsters, Mommy, and there’s one right there,”’ Coffman said. Culp stopped and said, “I’m not a monster. I’m a person who was shot,” and pulled out her driver’s license to show the child what she used to look like, the psychiatrist said.

Only a few pills a dayCulp, who is from the small town of Unionport, near the Pennsylvania line, told her doctors she just wants to blend back into society. She has a son and a daughter who live near her, and two preschooler grandsons. Before she was shot, she and her husband ran a painting and contracting business, and she did everything from hanging drywall to a little plumbing, Coffman said.

This undated photo shows Connie Culp before her injury.
Culp left the hospital Feb. 5 and has returned for periodic follow-up care. She has suffered only one mild rejection episode that was controlled with a single dose of steroid medicines, her doctors said. She must take immune-suppressing drugs for the rest of her life, but her dosage has been greatly reduced and she needs only a few pills a day.

The clinic expects to absorb the cost of the transplant because it was experimental, doctors said. Siemionow estimated it at $250,000 to $300,000. That is less than the $1 million that other surgeons estimate it costs them to treat other severely disfigured people through dozens of separate operations, she said.

Also at the Cleveland Clinic is Charla Nash of Stamford, Conn., who was attacked by a friend’s chimpanzee in February. She lost her hands, nose, lips and eyelids, and will be blind, doctors said. Clinic officials said it is premature to discuss the possibility of a face transplant for her.

In April, doctors at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston performed the nation’s second face transplant, on a man disfigured in a freak accident. It was the world’s seventh such operation. The first, in 2005, was performed in France on Isabelle Dinoire, a woman who had been mauled by her dog.

Be Happy

Link: http://www.thewileyptorocol.com/

The market for cancer therapeutics is huge and growing by double-digits annually. This phenomenal growth is fueled especially in the area of biologic drugs. Globally, more than 10 million people are affected by cancer annually, a number that is expected to increase 2.4 percent each year through 2020 up to 14 million. Common cancers include breast, bladder, cervical colon/rectum, esophageal, liver, lung, prostate and stomach cancer,

Among the key trends of current cancer therapies including chemotherapy and biotherapeutics, is hormone therapy. Much research is needed but in a July 9, 2008 http://www.breastcancer.org/treatment/hormonal/what_is_it/hormone_role.jsp, we learn some of the details about how estrogen and progesterone play roles in the development of certain breast cancers.

T.S Wiley has long believed that hormone therapy could affect breast cancer, and she touched upon it in her book Sex, Lies, and Menopause. Even now, her co-author Dr. Julie Taguchi, is about ready to publish her report of women who had breast cancer that she has been tracking who have been on the Wiley Protocol bioidentical hormone replacement therapy over the last five years.

Most all of them are in remission. The article details how estrogen sends signals through the hormone receptors that tell breast cancer cells to grow, and when estrogen attaches to the receptors, they grow and multiply. Once breast cancer is removed, the cells are tested to see if they have hormone receptors, and if either estrogen or progesterone receptors are present, a response to hormonal therapy is very possible. The more estrogen or progesterone receptors present on those cells, the more likely that hormonal therapy will work against the particular cancer. If high levels of both estrogen and progesterone receptors are present, an even greater response to hormonal therapy is likely.

Estrogen and progesterone travel through the bloodstream and find their matching receptor sites on both healthy cells and cancer cells. Receptors are protein molecules that rest on the outside or inside of the cells in your body acting like an on–off switch for cell activities. If the right substance comes along that fits into the receptor, much like a key opening a lock, cell activity is unlocked. It seems that many breast cancers are hormone-dependent—which means that estrogen and progesterone stimulate their growth by "turning on" hormone receptors in the cancer cells. Without these hormones, the cancer cells are not stimulated to grow, so they wither up and eventually may die.

My grand mother is a lady who prays every night before go to bed, who mostly laugh and sing, who always under the sun, who does not let the sad ting dwell in her (She also lost my mother and my sister) long, who move around in the yard, who eat mostly Veges and who likes to grown things in the yard too.

I am not menopause yet but my mood is swinging like a bad wind! I am talking to myself from now on, today....I will try to be like a woman who has thick elephant skin and will let it go all the bothering things to me which is a lot! I will act mostly let it go and let it be!!

Hydroxycut

These people do not like Hydroxycut!! They are happy the way it is!

Is the Hydroxycut Formula Safe to Use?
From: DoctorSolve

Hydroxycut has a reputation of being the number one weight loss formula in America and it's used by millions of people each year. Many of these consumers have had positive results by using the formula, (despite some minor side-effects); however recent studies have found that the miracle-working weight loss formula isn't all that it's cut out to be.

In fact, on May 1st 2009, the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a public warning regarding the safety of Hydroxycut use, informing the general public to "immediately stop" taking Hydroxycut products. The reason? These fat-burning, energy-pumping supplements have been linked to many severe cases of serious reactions affecting the liver. The FDA warns that using Hydroxycut may result in an elevation of liver enzymes and jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes) which can cause serious liver injury, or liver damage resulting in a necessary liver transplant. Symptoms of liver damage include jaundice, brown urine, nausea, vomiting, excessive fatigue, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, itching, and loss of appetite. There have been 23 cases of liver problems and jaundice, and one death as a result of certain Hydroxycut use.

Even though Hydroxycut is said to be a natural health product, it contains more than just natural ingredients and herbal extracts. Therefore, think about what you are really consuming and what it could potentially do to your body before using it. You may save yourself from a hefty medical bill due to serious liver problems. If you are currently using Hydroxycut, it might be a good idea to find new means of dieting because 14 different Hydroxycut products are on recall due to the potential health hazard. The following products have been recalled:

Hydroxycut Regular Rapid Release Caplets
Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Rapid Release Caplets
Hydroxycut Hardcore Liquid Caplets
Hydroxycut Max Liquid Caplets
Hydroxycut Regular Drink Packets
Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Drink Packets
Hydroxycut Hardcore Drink Packets (Ignition Stix)
Hydroxycut Max Drink Packets
Hydroxycut Liquid Shots
Hydroxycut Hardcore RTDs (Ready-to-Drink)
Hydroxycut Max Aqua Shed
Hydroxycut 24
Hydroxycut Carb Control
Hydroxycut Natural

Believe it or not, the classic method of staying healthy is still the most efficient. There are two steps to this method; exercise daily, and eat nutritional and balanced meals. Forget using the expensive weight-loss formulas and take a brisk nature walk. Skip the chips and have a handful of dried fruit and nuts. You'll feel happier and healthier.

Dear Mr. President,

I think I like this letter to Mr. President! It's sound funny but compair to his plans this letter make more sense! Save more money! Faster to fix or easy to fix and every body happy too. Now lets go...Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!

Dear Mr. President,

There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force. Pay them each $1million severance with the following stipulations:

1) They leave their jobs. Forty million job openings -Unemployment fixed.

2) They buy NEW American cars. Forty million cars ordered - Auto Industry fixed.

3) They either buy a house/pay off their mortgage - Housing Crisis fixed.

It can't get any easier than that!

P.S. If more money is needed, have all members in Congress pay their taxes..

Hola Senor Presidente Obama,

Como te va?? Lest do it, Pronto!!! Apura te!! Hurry up and quick!!

Adios,

My Believe

Note: Read this only if you have time to kill!! The blue is someone sent me but the red is my believing which is for sure totally not right!!

I Believe...
That just because two people argue, It doesn't mean they don't love each other. And just because they don't argue, It doesn't mean they do love each other..
Helen's believe...
Two people argue often I think they do hate each other and...they don't argue they both in peace!

I Believe....
That we don't have to change friends if We understand that friends change.
Helen's believe...
If my friends change I have to change if not I will be the one in sad! Sad is not good for no one, either for me or for my friends ..life move on!!

I Believe...
That no matter how good a friend is, They're going to hurt you every once in a while And you must forgive them for that.
Helen's believe...
If a good friend hurt me once she/he will be still loved by me but this friend hurt me more than once hummmmmmm...time for a lesson to her/he???

I Believe...
That true friendship continues to grow, Even over the longest distance. Same goes for true love..
Helen's believe...
True love is good but too many true loves will be come a cheap stuff!

I Believe...
That you can do something in an instant That will give you heartache for life.
Helen's believe...
I will or I won't play Violin in front of Buffalo..they knows nothing beside being Buffalo moreover might kick me too! So I believe in think twice before you do or going to do.

I Believe...
That you should always leave loved ones with Loving words. It may be the last time you see them.
Helen's believe..
My problem is how could I do if they pop up often in front of my door and no last time?? 12 midnight, 12 noon??

Will, who get it?

Today new: NY socialite's son in hot water over will!

Anthony Marshall is no happy for his ma ma left US$60 Million for a charities. He said his ma ma increasingly severe Alzheimer's condition get her to change her will. The will goes to a charities instead of the son, Anthony Marshall. The case is on and he will face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

I had seen a family who were very lovely people but tare apart after the parent die...of course because of the will. This family is a good friend of mine. The children are more wealthy now they might be rich in materially but in their soul, they all are restless, sleepless and speechless!! I heard all of them have layers now cause they all do not talk each other anymore. Sad..Sad and Sad thing!! Yeah...you will even see some families who's parents are not DIE yet but the family feud are on.

My grandmother when they immigrant to southern border town of Burma from China, they brought silva coins along with them. My great grand mother (a pure Chinese woman who I remember wear skirt all the time and she has these funy tiny feet), bought a land in Keng Tung, Shan State. They lived in a lovely small house by the lake. OK to cut the long story short..... the land was willed to my sister and me. After my parent divorced somehow my father sold it!! My father used to be a bad guy in my eyes.

Later year LayShan, my father bought half of the mountain in Thachileik, Shan State with the money suppose to be mine's and my sister's. He puts some pineapple farm, Lichee farm ...ta ta ta and living with income from the farm. Ok in Shan State there are NO firm laws to deal with family feud.

There a period that my mother side of family were so mad at my father. I remembered my mum asked me to get back money from my father. Somehow me and my sister, we were busy with our education and happy with where we were. I am still very very happy with where I am now with Robins and Shan though. I am very comfortable without my will from my parent. Let me put it this way...I am richer in my soul and in my materially, both are fine. My blessing is countless!!

Will, what I learn about it is.....

1.If the parent screw up, mean the will is not on the proper papers (see some parents did the will just by oral thinking that the children will listen!!), OR the parent not will it in fairness, after they die the children will be fighting forever like mean dogs in one small room.

2. Even with the proper "will" by the parent if one of yours getting greedy...... all of your lives will be screw up sooner or later. Well the most greedier will be suffered the most too.

In this world in a certain level yes..you are right for "Money Talk"!!!. For Earthly Judgement yes sometime money talks very well. i .e O J Simson but see how he ending??? For me, the big thing money can't talk is "The Judgement" that I believe in.

This is what I much believe in...When I see and keel down in front of my God...God won't ask me "How much money do I have?" but for sure my God will ask me "Helen how much you hurt others??" and the big "WHY??"

For the moment I am writing my own "Will" not to Shan but to my good Christ to see. I have to make sure that Christ will be happy with my will. If not I will face the consequences!! That's how I believe.

Another Mad World?

As you all know that my mother make me when she was only 15! I thought how young! Well...my mother is a mountain girl so most of the mountain girls marry young age, say.....starting the age of 15 but my mother was quite way young. She got my father when she was 14.

I talk to myself I will never marry before 20! Well..... I did enjoy my single life with my own income in Hong Kong. When I saw today Yahoo New... my jaw, I think all my body parts dropped!!

Look at the news..the girl is barely 8 year old but already divorce. The father trade the daughter to a 50 year old man! Where is the truth of father loves? The ma ma of the girl might be broken heart to dead. The man, the buyer is 50 year old!! You know I really really wanted to know that how much that idiot father trade his daughter?? On top of that why to the 50 year old man?

I got mad sometime but I am not that stupidly MAD!!!

8-year-old Saudi girl divorces 50-year-old husband

By HADEEL AL-SHALCHI, Associated Press Writer Hadeel Al-shalchi, Associated Press Writer – Thu Apr 30, 9:18 pm ET

CAIRO – An 8-year-old Saudi girl has divorced her middle-aged husband after her father forced her to marry him last year in exchange for about $13,000, her lawyer said Thursday. Saudi Arabia has come under increasing criticism at home and abroad for permitting child marriages. The United States, a close ally of the conservative Muslim kingdom, has called child marriage a "clear and unacceptable" violation of human rights.

The girl was allowed to divorce the 50-year-old man who she married in August after an out-of-court settlement had been reached in the case, said her lawyer, Abdulla al-Jeteli. The exact date of the divorce was not immediately known.
A court in the central Oneiza region previously rejected a request by the girl's mother for a divorce and ruled that the girl would have to wait until she reached puberty to file a petition then.

There are no laws in Saudi Arabia defining the minimum age for marriage. Though a woman's consent is legally required, some marriage officials don't seek it.

But there has been a push by Saudi human rights groups to define the age of marriage and put an end to the phenomenon.

One Saudi human rights activist Sohaila Zain al-Abdeen was optimistic that the girl's divorce would help efforts to get a law passed enforcing a minimum marriage age of 18.

"Unfortunately, some fathers trade their daughters," she told The Associated Press. "They are weak people who are sometimes in need of money and forget their roles as parents."

It was not clear if the man received money for the divorce settlement. The man had given the girl's father 50,000 riyals, or about $13,350, as a marriage gift in return for his daughter, the lawyer said.

The 8-year-old girl's marriage was not the only one in the kingdom to receive attention in recent months. Saudi newspapers have highlighted several cases in which young girls were married off to much older men or young boys including a 15-year-old girl whose father, a death-row inmate, married her off to a cell mate.

Saudi Arabia's conservative Muslim clergy have opposed the drive to end child marriages. In January, the kingdom's most senior cleric said it was permissible for 10-year-old girls to marry and those who believe they are too young are doing the girls an injustice.

But some in the government appear to support the movement to set a minimum age for marriage. The kingdom's new justice minister was quoted in mid-April as saying the government was doing a study on underage marriage that would include regulations.

There are no statistics to show how many marriages involving children are performed in Saudi Arabia every year. Activists say the girls are given away in return for hefty marriage gifts or as a result of long-standing custom in which a father promises his infant daughters and sons to cousins out of a belief that marriage will protect them from illicit relationships.
